Hotel rooms were clean and comfy with hot showers. the staff were kind and able to accommodate to special dietary needs at dinner time.
The hotel lacked mosquito nets around the bed, which resulted in a few bug bites. There was also an additional fee for using Visa.

Had a nice time at this hotel during xmas. The food was exquisite, with various options available for different tastes. The rooms were also spacious, clean, and had all relevant amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Interestingly, it's located in a serene environment with beautiful sceneries to behold.
There were a few downsides. the staff was not very friendly, and this made it quite challenging to get help even when I needed it.
